This build was about maximising space in the design whilst maintaining a modernist aesthetic, incorporating both natural and engineered products for an engaging finish.

Practical and functional design was a must for this young, busy family – the layout allows for division of spaces i.e. the rumpus can be separated off from adjoining rooms.

Highlighting connections between light and space, indoor and outdoor space, were embraced in the overall concept and accommodating views to the Mount from bedroom windows was an essential.
